All apartments have air-conditioning in the bedrooms, furniture, full size beds and cable television. The resort has high speed wireless internet, private parking and security. Full living package (linen, cutlery, glasses etc.) can be rented at additional monthly charge.

Renters have access to the beautiful communal pool (10x6m). The lot is completely fenced and the gates at the entrance offer extra security.

The complex has 3 attached buildings with condos on the first and the second floor. Three separate stair cases lead to a gallery on the second floor with nice view on the swimming pool.
